Prominent Al Qaeda Leader Killed in Afghanistan | NOW

Afghan security forces recently killed a top figure of the terrorist group Al Qaeda in an operation. The man, Abu Muhsin Al Masri, was on the US FBI’s Most Wanted List.

Al Masri is in de VS sued for supplying materials and money to a foreign terrorist organization and for setting up a plot to kill Americans.

He is said to have been the second man of Al Qaeda, the organization held responsible for the September 11, 2001 attacks in the US.

Details of the circumstances of his death have not been further disclosed. It is clear, however, that he was recently killed in an operation in the eastern province of Ghazni.
