Neurologist Sergei Dlin showed a simple but effective exercise that prolongs life, improves blood circulation and has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. It is important to do it every morning for just 5 minutes.
According to the doctor, such physical activity, among other things, will protect against arthrosis, varicose veins, disperse lymph, and also, by improving blood circulation, reduce the risk of strokes and heart attacks.
Dlin explained that this exercise is called “squats” and is performed in the following, special way: your feet need to be placed shoulder-width apart, your toes should be turned slightly outward, your arms should be extended forward, and while squatting, it is important to move your buttocks slightly back. The back should be straight. Slouching is a serious mistake. The exercise is done while inhaling, while exhaling you need to stand up, take the starting position, and lower your arms along your body. Repeat several times.
This exercise improves blood flow, promotes oxygen saturation of tissues, and also reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and thereby prolongs life.
