The marriage of Peter Faber and his fifth wife Rosanna Gould is over. The eighty-year-old actor tells The Telegraph that the two have decided to part ways “in good consultation”.
“We just looked at the situation and this seemed like the right choice. I’m eighty, she’s sixty and one more juicy woman who can build her entire love life in London, the city where she lives,” says the actor.
“We had a well-functioning long-distance relationship, but we both don’t feel like moving. That sounds harsh, but that’s how it is. During corona we have been able to ‘practice’ not seeing each other for two years and now I am I’m sure we’d better continue lovingly as friends.”
The actor and Rosanna married in 2014. Before that, the actor had been married four times before. He has four children from his previous marriages.
Faber says that he has no plans to get married for the sixth time. “At my age I notice that I am now only absolutely dating myself.”
