Created in 2020 under the aegis of the Fondation de France, the Fondation de Marseille supports projects that fight against precariousness in the areas of housing, education and employment.

To carry out this mission, the Foundation has 3 means of action:

– Mobilize funding from companies and individuals

– Provide financial support for impactful projects for Marseille

– Promote collective commitment in the region

As part of its development and the launch of its skills sponsorship platform, the Marseille Foundation is looking for his / her future intern. True “right hand” of the General Delegate, your main missions will be as follows:

1. Launch of the Engagement Platform – skills sponsorship platform:

– Participate in the management of the project and the finalization of the design of the tool: design of user paths, coordination of the various actors (web developer, patrons, partners: Pro Bono Lab, technical experts, etc.)

– Finalize the drafting of content (online content, administrative documents (mission sheets, questionnaires, user charter, etc.)

– Set up the test phases and monitor the feedback. You will be the privileged point of contact for users.

– Participate in the official launch: user training (associations, companies), launch communication

2. Participation in the life of the Foundation (in support of the operational team):

– Communication: website animation, sponsorship presentations, newsletters, etc.

– Fundraising: support from the General Delegate to develop prospecting and retention of major donors

– Projects supported or in request for support: meeting and follow-up with project leaders, drafting of project sheets for the selection committee, reflection on the implementation of an impact measure, etc.

Required profile :

Above all, we are looking for someone very motivated, sensitive to the SSE sector and willing to invest in the development of a high impact project for Marseille!

Endowed with very good interpersonal skills, you demonstrate autonomy, versatility and responsiveness in the management of your assignments. You are recognized for your writing skills, your ability to manage a project and your sense of organization. Your technical knowledge of the field of philanthropy is a real plus.
