Quantities (supplies and services), nature and extent (works): project management mission for the replacement of cooking equipment in 7 public colleges of departmental competence.
Refusal of variants.
Possibility of presenting an offer for all the lots.

Duration of the contract or execution time: 36 months from the notification of the market.
Main terms of financing and payment and / or references to the texts which regulate them: funding is provided by the departmental budget from public resources and payment will be made by administrative mandate within a total period of 30 days.
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded: in accordance with articles R2142-19 to R2142-27 of the public procurement code, candidate companies may take the form of a group.
candidates may submit an offer, either as an individual candidate or as a member of a consortium. They cannot combine the two qualities.
Languages that may be used in the offer or application other than the French language: French.
Currency unit used, the euro.

Justifications to produce as to the qualities and capacities of the candidate:

Documents to be produced by the candidate, in support of his candidacy:
– Copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.

Documents to be produced in support of the candidacies by the candidate, at the choice of the public purchaser:
– Declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the supplies, services or works covered by the contract, carried out during the last three financial years available;
– Appropriate declaration from banks or proof of insurance for professional risks;
– Presentation of a list of the principal supplies or the principal services carried out during the last three years, indicating the amount, the date and the public or private recipient. Deliveries and services are proven by certificates from the recipient or, failing this, by a declaration from the economic operator;
– Certificates of professional qualifications. Proof of the candidate’s capacity may be provided by any means, in particular by professional identity certificates or work references attesting to the competence of the economic operator to perform the service for which he is applying;
– Form DC1, Letter of application – Authorization of the representative by his co-contractors (available at the following address: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat);
– Form DC2, Declaration of the individual candidate or member of the consortium (available at the following address: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat).
OPQIBI professional qualification certificates with “code 1511” and / or “code 1512” qualifications (file named Qualif Certificates). The certificates of membership of professional bodies or issued by these bodies to their members are not equivalent to the OPQIBI professional qualification certificates with qualifications “code 1511” and / or “code 1512”.
The ten-year guarantee corresponding to the subject of this contract.

Award criteria:
Economically most advantageous tender assessed according to the criteria set out in the specifications (consultation rules, invitation letter or descriptive document).

Minimum period of validity of offers: 120 days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
