Responsibilities:

  • Gaining the trust of defined customers through comprehensive support and building relationships through meaningful analyzes.
  • You understand our customers’ questions and the application of suitable solutions.
  • Analysis of independent information and presentations with experienced team members at the customer.
  • Developing a good understanding of the Nielsen Sports tools and systems, as well as the Nielsen Sports product portfolio. You will continuously expand your knowledge of business issues and customer needs as well as Nielsen Sports services and those of the industry.
  • You use and master the existing planning and project tools to edit and track your own projects.
  • You will work closely with all teams at Nielsen Sports and pass on information to the sales and account teams to coordinate customer activities that are tailored to the needs of customers.
  • Support in the initiation and follow-up of sales by recognizing possible courses of action through close cooperation with the sales team.
  • If necessary, participation in projects / (partial) project management in cooperation with other departments and Nielsen Sports Offices.
  • You contribute to the improvement of existing media services and products.

Conditions:

  • Prior experience in the field of media (1-2 years), relevant internships and university studies or corresponding skills and professional training.
  • Able to recognize customer needs and to find successful solutions for them.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
