Ryu Nugraha played in Japan before Primary Arhan. But his name is less well known because he is more involved in playing lower division competitions.
Ryu Nugraha was born in Japan but has Indonesian blood from his father who is an Indonesian citizen (WNI). Ryu started his career in 2019 by joining Nagano PartnerJ3 League 3 participating clubs aka the third division.
According to records Transfermarkt, Ryu Nugraha did not have time to make appearances with Nagano Parceiro in his first year. He also had time to go on loan to Fukui United, a level 5 competition participant, until the end of January 2022 yesterday.
Together with Fukui United, Ryu Nugraha finally recorded one game in the Emperor Cup. In addition, he also played in several regional competitions, namely the Ho Shin’etsu Football League.
Now Ryu is back from loan and is strengthening Nagano Parceiro again. His experience at Fukui United is expected to be his motivation to be more competitive at Nagano Parceiro.

Ryu was born in 2000 which is the year of the Dragon. Ryu in Japanese has many meanings, depending on the kanji characters used, one of which means Dragon.
The potential to become an athlete has been formed since school with sports lessons being what he likes the most. Apart from football, Ryu also has hobbies of playing bowling, billiards, darts, fishing, and bowling.
Now he has become a professional player and has the potential to continue to grow. The goalkeeper was determined to maintain his professionalism as a player.
In undergoing a match, each player has their own way of reducing stress. Listening to music is one of Ryu’s choices.
The famous Japanese band ONE OK ROCKS is his favorite and usually accompanies him just before matches. The band that fills the live action soundtrack for Rurouni Kenshin does have an encouraging feel.
