JAKARTA, iNews.id – Secretary General of the Golkar Party Louis F Paul replace Azis Syamsuddin as Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives. The letter of request for replacement has been received by the leadership of the DPR today, Wednesday (29/9/2021).
“The Golkar plenary meeting appointed Lodewijk Paulus as a replacement for Azis Syamsuddin,” said Golkar Party chairman Airlangga Hartarto, Wednesday (29/9/2021).
Lodewijk is currently also a member of Commission I of the DPR. Azis Syamsuddin was replaced by Lodewijk because he was named a suspect in a bribery case by the KPK.
