With headquarters in Los Angeles and additional offices in New York and Austin, OnPrem is an end-to-end solution provider for strategic consulting and development of technology solutions for companies in the media, entertainment and consumer goods industries. The takeover brings with it an experienced team of more than 250 consultants for the Qvest Group, who provide solutions in areas such as digital media supply chain, IP and rights management, data management and analysis, customer experience design, Salesforce, and program and project management. OnPrem has strategic partnerships with leading technology providers and platforms such as AWS, Salesforce and Microsoft.
The Qvest Group, headquartered in Germany, has locations in Europe, the Middle East, APAC and Australia. The company accompanies and accelerates the digital transformation of media companies and offers competencies in the areas of technology consulting and design, system integration, software development, cloud engineering and the technical operation of media infrastructures.
Qvest’s range of services and global reach will help OnPrem meet its customers’ growing needs for architectural design, seamless technology integration and the implementation of large-scale media infrastructure projects along the entire digital value chain.
As part of the takeover, the Qvest Group acquired 55 percent of the shares in OnPrem. The contract was signed on December 2, 2020. OnPrem’s partners – Frank Leal, Candice Lu, Christophe Ponsart, Jon Christian and Vanessa Fiola – are still responsible for the long-term and important relationships with employees and customers.
