More than 200 teachers, delegated training directors, managers of company offices, psyEN and other representatives of the National Education of Marne and Haute-Marne came to meet numerous professional partners on September 27 at the Workshop Canopé de Reims and on October 5 at the Les Lombards high school in Troyes to exchange for a day on professions in shortage, the skills in demand as well as all the resources made available to teachers.
Around forty professional speakers, whether at the local, departmental or regional level, participated in this event and hosted stands, in order to meet the skills needs of our territories. The objective of these days was to support young people in their career choices, so that they can start their professional lives peacefully and make it evolve through lifelong training.
This first edition is the very example of a strong desire of companies, professional branches, consular chambers, associations and educational establishments to work together, in a concerted manner, in order to best prepare for professional integration. young people
