Start of applications for “Long Night of Training” by Irma
The Irma regional management calls training companies from the greater area
Ingolstadt and the entire district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen to take part in the “Long Night of Training” on July 16, 2021. This allows them to introduce themselves to school leavers as an attractive employer or training company. Participation in the event is free.
According to Irma, the event works as follows: On July 16, 2021, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., the event will host small groups of schoolchildren in their company for one to two hours, present themselves and their training offers in a practical manner and actively involve the young people one. The Irma regional management takes on the entire marketing and press work and organizes the shuttle buses that take the students to the companies. “Even if the prevailing pandemic unsettles companies in many areas and presents them with major challenges, the importance of good apprenticeship positions and securing skilled workers in the region remains a central issue,” says Iris Eberl, head of the office. “Of course, we keep an eye on the ongoing development of the Corona situation and offer the participating institutions the necessary flexibility if the conditions require it. Nonetheless, we are optimistic that with the planned implementation in small groups we have found a format that can be implemented next summer ”. All interested companies from the greater Ingolstadt area and the district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen, regardless of the industry, can now apply free of charge at www.irma-langenacht.de.
