Competitions in the regions for 2021
For 2021, the Concours Général Agricole is making every effort to organize the finals in compliance with health requirements. The competition finals will take place in the regions from May 13 to 24, 2021, with the exception of the meat and hot meats competition. Here is the program:
> Paris, April 8, hot meat and cold meats.
> Avignon, April 10, olive products
> Tours, May 13 and 14, aperitifs, jams and creams, honey and mead, mistelles, rums and punches. Wine competition: Loire Valley and Center
> Châlons-en-Champagne, May 15 and 16, Dairy products. Wine competition: Alsace, Beaujolais, Burgundy, Champagne, Jura Franche Comté, Lorraine, Savoie Bugey.
> Angoulême, May 21 and 22, beers, cold meats, ciders and perries, fruit juices, aquaculture products, poultry. Wine competition: Bordeaux, South-West.
> Montpellier, May 23 and 24, eaux-de-vie, Armagnac brandy, Cognac brandy, chocolate and thyme spices, walnut oils, products from fatty palmipeds. Wine competition: Corsica, Provence, Languedoc Roussillon, Rhône Valley.
