Product insurance from Allianz

I bought a product where I could choose insurance from Allianz. When buying directly.

I was able to send a price proposal to the seller when I sent it, I chose the insurance and now before I accepted the offer. But it is not included in the receipt.

How can I take out insurance along with the device?
