Producer Vilnis Kalnaellis recommends watching the new animated film “Girl Hound”.

In October, the film studio “Rija” celebrated a double holiday – the premiere of the short animated film “Dubnas preteclis” by the artist Agnes Aizpurietes and the animated film “Meitene dīnējusun”. And zero has become known that the company “Ricochet Digital Media” (USA) has bought the rights to show the movie “Hound Girl” on airlines around the world, so the movie will go this is shown not only in cinemas, but also on planes.

Hound Girl is a modern, funny and touching story about eleven-year-old Mary, her special relationship with her grandmother, their shared hobby of healthy cooking and her dream of becoming the cook, as well as the ghost of the family who helps Mary to leave a blessing to be forgotten.

On the other hand, the animated short film “Dubna preteclis” tells the story of a mosquito who likes to sing on the banks of the Dubna river and the value of friendship in his life, despite serious misunderstandings.

The producer of both films, Vilnis Kalnaellis, is happy that he managed to create a film for viewers of different generations: “I’m happy that after the first viewing, even boys come up and say how good the movie, though I think. it is more for grandmothers and mothers, because to think and speak.
