The operational programs should cover 3 to 5 years, implementation starts from January 1 next year
From 1 to 15 October 2024, producer organizations in the sector “Milk and milk productscan submit applications for financing new ones operational programs according to the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas for the period 2023 – 2027. The implementation of the new operational programs will start from January 1, 2025, announced the DF “Agriculture”.

Organizations of producers in the sector, as well as their associations, which are recognized by the Minister of Agriculture and Food, have the opportunity to apply.
It is necessary that the prepared operational programs have a duration of 3 to 5 years and are aimed at achieving a certain minimum number of goals, as well as have an established operational fund.
Groups of producers of milk and milk products recognized by order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food can also apply under the scheme.
Producer groups must draw up and implement a recognition plan according to which, within a transitional period of up to four years from the start of the approved operational program and ending no later than 31 December 2027, they should be recognized as producer organizations of milk and milk products.
For the application, organizations must be registered in the Electronic Services System (ESS).
