This week the Government will enable a new line of the Procrear program and will carry out the draw for the first stage, after 160,000 people signed up in just 15 days.
With the start-up of the gas improvement line, the number of lines available will be three out of a total of nine, while the expansion to four is expected in the first week of September.
The initiative that will be available from this week will be linked to the possibility of home installation of access to the gas network up to three mouths and will include a total of 34 thousand loans.
The Undersecretary for Land Policy and Urban Planning, Luciano Scatolini, said that the balance since the relaunch of Procrear is “more than satisfactory”, given that some 160,000 people signed up.
The member of the Procrear Executive Committee also remarked that “more than five million visits to the web” were registered to make inquiries.
At the beginning of September, the construction line will open for homes of up to 60 square meters in lots.
