Opening of the received mail
You must take into account a delay of approximately three working days before the documents you have sent us appear in the online file.
Example: We open the letter of September 6, the documents will be made available in your online file around the 11 September.
Availability of digitally transmitted documents on file
When you deposit digital documents in your online file, they are immediately received by AFE. After a few days, they are accessible in the online file.
Example: If you deposited a digital document in your online file on 1is September, it will be made available there around the 3 September.
Processing of requests for financial assistance for studies received
We process applications for financial assistance as soon as they are complete, that is, when we have received the form and all the required documents. If an incomplete request is received, the date of receipt considered will be the date on which we received the missing documents.
Example: We received your request for financial assistance on July 10, but the required documents reached us on July 14 August. If we are processing requests for help received on August 8, your request is not yet processed because it is part of the requests of August 14.
