The Authority for the Prevention and Combat of Violence in Sport (APCVD) announced this Monday the opening of an administrative offense proceeding against the coach of Portimonense, Paulo Sérgio, and a fan, for incidents at Portimonense-Vizela, of the I Liga de soccer.
