The lawsuit related to the accident of the musician Rolands Balozs-Ūdris has only recently ended. Both parties reached an agreement, according to Gita Vīksne’s material “Buy a country house for the pain” in the publication “Privāta Dzīve”.
According to Ūdrītis’ wife Ilona, both parties agreed on an amicable settlement, and pain money was paid.
With this money, the family has bought a property in Bebrene Parish, Augšdaugava Region.
It is necessary to invest in the work of barrels in the renovation of the house, because no one has lived there for 20 years, everything is overgrown. Ilona says that she is sorry to demolish it, so she wants to restore it gradually.
Ilona adds that even before the accident, they both dreamed of a country house to live in old age. The dream of both is slowly beginning to come true.
