(Reuters/dpa)/ran. An indictment of an alleged sex crime against former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo will not be pursued. The responsible New York prosecutor stated that he could not prove the elements of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt. After a thorough examination, it became apparent that the high requirements for a criminal trial could not be met, the authority in Albany, the state capital, said on Tuesday.
