The Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality, Customs and Ports Security confirmed that it has adopted a series of procedures to obtain the golden residency service, and these procedures and stages are linked to the government agencies concerned with nomination, which review and approve the data, documents and evidence submitted in the application for obtaining the golden residency.
She added that those government agencies concerned with nomination were classified according to the category of the type of residence submitted to them, pointing out that if the customer submits a request for this service, the authority provides him with a response after obtaining the approval or rejection of the government agency concerned with the application.
The “Identity and Nationality” allows foreigners, through its smart channels, to request candidacy for golden residency for a period of 10 years, and it is a service according to which an initial approval is issued for the issuance of golden residency, as it includes the following categories: (brilliant talents, scholars and specialists, investors in public investments, investors in real estate Entrepreneurs, high school seniors, graduates of state-accredited universities, graduates of accredited universities outside the state and workers in the first line of defense).
The authority called on individual customers to visit its smart channels and view all the conditions and requirements for obtaining the golden residency for each specific category, as each category differs in the requirements to be submitted for the application for candidacy for the golden residency.
