Leverkusen (dpa) – National soccer coach Joachim Löw, contrary to his original plan, is not in the stadium for the Bundesliga game between Bayer Leverkusen and FSV Mainz 05 in Leverkusen.
According to Bayer, “problems with the journey” prevented the national coach’s planned visit. During the game, Löw could have watched the 17-year-old Florian Wirtz in addition to his permanent candidates Jonathan Tah and Nadiem Amiri.
