Pro-Palestinian demonstrations | The world wants peace

Thousands of protesters marched on Saturday in major cities such as London, Paris, Madrid, Caracas and Cape Town to ask fire in Gaza and Lebanon during the centenary of the war between Israel and Hamas. In Berlinpolice said they arrested 26 people who insulted an anti-Israel march. In Madrid, the demonstration brought together about 5,000 people, with banners with slogans like “Boycott Israel” or “Death to humanity in Gaza.”

Caracas

In South Africa, in the center of Cape Town, hundreds of people demonstrated waving Palestinian flags and chanting anti-Israel slogans such as “Israel is a racist state. ” The protesters, many of them wearing a Bedouin-style scarf (kefia), as a symbol of the Palestinian struggle against Israel, They marched towards the South African Parliament.
