The coup de force: Montauban
The Sapiacais have enormous pride! Widely led (19-3) at half-time on the lawn ofAurillac, Montauban managed to turn things around after the locker room to win finally with a short header (25-27), inflicting a scathing (6-24) in the second half to Cantalous.
The revolt was sounded by the New Zealand opener, Aviata Silago at the 44e minute of play. The Montalbanais then scored a collective essay (67th), before the hooker Cyril Deligny does not take the final blow five minutes before the end of the match and Silago, again, does not succeed in the transformation of the win. Thanks to this success, theUSM (8e) took his revenge for the first leg, won by the Aurillacois at Sapiac, and is replacing himself more than ever in the race to the finals.
The disappointment: Oyonnax
The Oyomen stayed in the locker room in front of Rouen. In the first half, the players of theAin conceded four tries, including a brace from the young Norman winger Paul Surano, and 34 points (34-9). A ignition delay far too important to hope to bring back anything Jean-Mermoz, despite a nice reaction to the return of the locker room, thanks in particular to aAurelien Callandret (37-25).
With this new failure in a poorly classified, Oyonnax (4e) sees return Colomiers, winner Thursday at Nevers (15-23), on his heels. The proteges of Joe El Abd will try to redeem themselves at home against the ogre Perpignan, next Thursday. Unlike the Normans of Rouen who earn their first enhanced success of the season and realize a superb accounting operation leaving the relegation zone, now occupied by Valence-Romans and Soyaux-Angouleme.
The state: 6
As the number of tries entered by the leader, Vannes, traveling to the red lantern, Soyaux-Angouleme (6-38). Jeremiah Abiven, Gwenaël Duplenne, Cyril Blanchard, Erik Marks, Burn Holden and Matthys Gratien have all gone there from their personal achievement, to offer a new enhanced success to the RCV.
