Indian star Priyanka Chopra opened her heart, revealing the reasons that made her move away from Bollywood and go to Hollywood, in presenting dramas and films.
Chopra said, in her latest statement on the Armchair Expert podcast presented by Dax Shepard, that she had been pushed into a corner, as she put it, in the Bollywood film industry, adding that there were those who dispensed with cooperation with her.
And she continued that she got into trouble with some people, and got involved in the matter, commenting: “I am not a professional in playing these games and I was tired of politics and said I needed a break.”
She explained that the offer made by Angola Acharya, who is currently her business manager, regarding the possibility of singing at the time was very appropriate, away from the atmosphere of Bollywood, and moving to the United States.
And she pointed out that “music gave me the opportunity to move to another part of the world,” and she continued: “When the opportunity for music came… I said, well, I am going to America.”
