It seems that the reason for Sherine Reda’s apology is that the role she is being offered is the mother of Amina Khalil, which she declined, but with the producer’s repeated attempts to persuade her she agreed, but asked for a specific salary and refused to get any less of it, which is what the company found a large number of, and here Sherine apologized for it, especially since she’s associated with filming more than one job, and this movie was going to get her stuck in that moment, which made her decide that she would only participate if she got the salary she told them she wanted to get.
To resolve the crisis, Anushka nominated her instead, and she actually ended her contract and started preparing for the shoot, as the company set a date for it to start, early next January.
