He IDAE just posted a list of banking entities adhered to the PREE Program that grant energy rehabilitation loans (including communities of owners), private loans that entities grant to the beneficiaries of the PREE Plan subsidy to complete the investment, therefore, they are repayable loans.
–
In order to make it easier for the beneficiaries of the Aid Program for Building Energy Rehabilitation Actions (PREE) to cover the entire investment of the rehabilitation project, complementing the subsidy received with a reimbursable loan, the IDAE has formalized a collaboration protocol with those financial entities interested and that have specific products, in particular aimed at communities of owners.
–
The approved protocol will allow the communities of owners, among other beneficiaries, to access directly from the IDAE website the information on the financial products for energy rehabilitation marketed by the different member financial entities.
The experience of the calls for aid made previously by the IDAE has highlighted the need for the aid that is granted for non-refundable funds, and that in the case of the PREE can be anticipated to the beneficiary in its entirety at the beginning of the action , as long as it is contemplated in the Call of the CCAA, so that they could be completed with repayable loans so that the sum of the anticipated aid and the loan covers a significant part of the financial needs of the rehabilitation action energetic.
However, the IDAE has also been able to verify that, in particular, the owner communities have difficulties in identifying and accessing these complementary loans, either due to a lack of information or due to the shortage of financing products adapted to their specific needs.
For this reason, the main objective of this protocol is to alleviate this barrier and facilitate direct contact between the collaborating financial institutions and the beneficiaries of the aid that have a favorable resolution issued by the body of the autonomous community granting the aid. under the PREE program.
