After the Chantamullaru song ‘Chantakari’, Poovan’s new song starring Anthony Varghese comes out with Adimudi’s Christmas celebrations. The song starting with Pallimedayil is meant to make Maloks forget enough and go from the excitement of the World Cup to Christmas and New Year celebrations. The scene of the song is the mesmerizing visual feast of Santa Claus, who comes in a red costume with a cotton beard, the beauty of December snow, the starry lights at night, the multi-colored haircuts of the child, the Lathiri Puthiri rasam.
If the Chanthakari song was a combination of scenes of a chick brought home and gradually becoming the darling of the family and a white rooster becoming a chicken, the new song is different from that with Christmas Eve charm.
His country’s Christmas celebrations and the love and fun in between were added to the song.

After the film ‘Super Sharanya’, ‘Poovan’ is the new film jointly produced by Shebin Bakar Productions and Stuck Cows Productions, starring Anthony Varghese. The film comes out on January 6. Unlike recent action figures, Anthony Varghese plays a very interesting character in ‘Poovan’.
The film is directed by Vineeth Vasudevan who gained attention by playing campus villain Ajith Menon in the film ‘Super Sharanya’. Varun Dhara who acted in films like Super Sharanya, Ajagajantaram and Thanneermattan Dinaman scripted the film. Anthony Varghese also played a cameo role in ‘Super Sharanya’.
Vineeth Vasudevan and Akhila Bharggavan who are known for their much talked about short film ‘Anurag Engineering Works’ recently play the lead roles in ‘Poovan’. The film also stars Maniyan Pillai Raju, Varun Dhara, Vineeth Viswam, Sajin Cherukail, Anishma, Rinku and director-producer Girish Eddy.
