KONTAN.CO.ID – WASHINGTON. After half a century, humans will try to set foot on the moon again. NASA plans to launch an unmanned spacecraft. This launch is part of the Artemis I mission.
NASA named the program in honor of Apollo’s twin brother Artemis, the moon goddess in Greek mythology.
The Artemis mission will test some of the technology and logistics to carry out the launch. Launch Saturday this weekend local time. It then orbits the moon and returns to Earth after about 1.5 months.
