Principal in Tangerang Admits Assets of Rp. 1.6 Trillion: In-law’s Inheritance

Principal of Vocational High School (SMKN) 5 Tangerang City Nurhali said the state administrator’s wealth report (LHKPN) his as of 2020 which reached Rp. 1.6 trillion related to the inheritance from the in-laws.

He confirmed the amount of the assets. He claimed to report the actual number of assets owned. Many of the assets are in the form of land scattered in DKI Jakarta.

However, Nurhali was reluctant to talk further about the source of wealth from her father-in-law.

He, who has been a school principal for 11 years, also admits that he does not have other sources of income, such as companies or shares.

“Yes, we are only finalizing the data, which we have and the wife,” he said.

The KPK LHKPN for the 2019-2020 period included Nurhali’s name as the official with the seventh most wealth in Indonesia. Harta Nurhali is even only two levels below Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto.

Most of Nurhali’s assets come from a land area of ​​80,000 square meters in North Jakarta with a value of Rp. 1.6 trillion. The property is recorded as inheritance.

Then, there are two other assets in the form of inherited land in Tangerang City, which amount to Rp. 850 million. And, two other lands covering an area of ​​2,600 square meters in the same location outside the inheritance amounted to IDR 400 million.

Nurhali owns three vehicles with a total of Rp558 million, namely the 2015 Pajero Dakkar valued at Rp350 million, the Honda Jazz (2011) Rp200 million, and two-wheeled vehicles worth Rp8 million.

He also has other movable assets worth Rp. 74 million, cash worth Rp. 4.5 million, and other assets of Rp. 30 million. Nurhali’s total assets are IDR 1,602,018,500,000.
