Princess of Saudi Arabia robbed in Paris, luxury goods worth Rp.10.1 billion disappeared

PARIS, KOMPAS.com – A royal princess Saudi Arabia experienced theft at France on Friday (6/11/2020).

The princess who had just returned to her apartment was shocked to find that many expensive items and jewelry were stolen.

The unnamed daughter was hospitalized in a state of shock and has not been able to provide information to police.

The thieves appeared to have entered an apartment located near the luxurious Avenue George V in the heart of the French capital and did not commit any acts of violence, according to sources with knowledge of the case.

The stolen branded bag Hermes, amounting to about 30 and each bag is worth between 10,000 to 30,000 euros.

As for the stolen branded watches Cartier, there is also jewelry and furs.

Prosecutors have opened a formal investigation to be handled by a special unit of the Paris anti-gangster police force.

Newspaper The Parisian reported that the initial suspect in this case was a man who had been living in the princess’s apartment since August.

A spare set of keys to the princess’ house has also been lost, the media said.
