VG meets the princess at Bjerke trotting track on the occasion of the Celebrity Race. When asked by the Norwegian press about the recent engagement, she answers:
– It was very cozy.
Her fiancé, on the other hand, was not present.
Märtha Louise also took the opportunity to show off the engagement ring, which is adorned with green emeralds and three large diamonds.
Durek recently told that each of the diamonds symbolizes the daughters Märtha has with the late Ari Behn.
However, she did not want to go into anything more about the engagement.

On Sunday, Princess Märtha Louise and Hest360 have been invited to the Celebrity Race on the occasion of the Oslo Grand Prix.
In addition to the princess herself, seven celebrities competed in the tandem race: Marna Haugen, Iselin Guttormsen, Marte Bratberg, Jan Thomas, Harlem Alexander, Simon Nitsche and Siri Kristiansen.

The couple shared the news of the engagement in a press release via NTB and on Instagram.
The royal couple and the Crown Prince’s family were quick to congratulate and wish them all the best.
Durek Verett and Märtha Louise recently unveiled a major interview in the magazine People. There they could tell that the engagement took place under a large tree, surrounded by horses.
–– I was very nervous and had a lot of emotions flowing through me – fear, stress, and that I wanted it to be perfect, said Durek, who has been with Princess Märtha since 2019.
He also said he had asked celebrity girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow for advice on planning.
– I could not stop crying, Märtha told People magazine about the engagement.
