This is how Princess Kate (41) keeps fit! Prince William’s wife (41) is known for her slim and athletic body. At appointments related to sporting activities, the mother of three regularly proves what she’s capable of. Most recently, she even fought a duel with tennis legend Roger Federer (41) as an action for the ball kids in Wimbledon. But she also likes to do sports away from the cameras. But what exactly does Kate’s workout routine actually look like?

As Daily Mail reports, the 41-year-old does an hour of exercise almost every day. According to an insider, Kate’s fitness regimen will include a mix of cardio and weight training. Kate is supposed to go jogging several times a week. When her offspring George (9), Charlotte (8) and Louis (5) were even smaller, she is said to have even walked her laps with a stroller. In addition, she uses planking, rowing and cycling exercises in the gym.

Allegedly, Kate should even do without a personal trainer when doing sports and do her workouts all by herself. Apparently her offspring can’t stop her from doing something good for her body several times a week. It is not known whether she trains with her husband.
