“To our families, friends and loved ones. Thank you for your love and support, and your generosity during our ten-year marriage,” Charlene wrote on Instagram. The former top swimmer also says she is grateful for all the gifts the two have received.
Albert and Charlene cannot celebrate their anniversary together. Albert is at home and Charlene is still in South Africa. She became ill while visiting the country last month and had to be hospitalized. Doctors advised her not to fly back already.
The couple got married on July 1, 2011. Their union was consecrated a day later.
