Princess Charlène of Monaco has been infected with Corona. The mother of two and wife of Albert (64) felt some symptoms, the principality announced on Saturday. She went into quarantine.
Charlène only came back from a Swiss luxury clinic a few weeks ago, which she had to go to because of acute exhaustion. Before that, she was stuck in South Africa for months, where she underwent multiple ENT surgeries for an infection. Because of her long absence from the Monegasque royal family, even rumors of separation made the rounds.
But nothing there! “I’m very happy to be back home in Monaco and with my family,” says Charlène at the end of May. She seems to enjoy spending time with her loved ones. “I feel more relaxed,” confirms the princess.

► And indeed: At the Monaco Grand Prix, Charlène and Albert beamed together like they used to. No trace of the stony looks and her icy face, which she showed the whole world just a few weeks ago when she had her picture taken with Albert. For comparison: at a rugby tournament in early May, Charlène appeared next to Prince Albert with a tormented smile and an empty stare. Affections in front of the cameras? None!
Everyone could see: Charlène seemed rested and at peace with herself. And her style: maximum cool. Mirrored sunglasses on the nose, a royal blue outfit with white trousers and a chic clutch, cherry-red lips.
The princess also said about her health: “My health is still very poor and I don’t want to rush anything. The way was long, difficult and so painful. ”In the meantime she is a little more relaxed.
