The secular magazine Tatler has chosen Beatrice Borromeo of Monaco as the most elegant royal person in Europe, the Daily Mail reported.
Pierre Casiraghi’s wife is 36 years old. She replaced Britain’s Kate Middleton and Megan Markle, Spain’s Queen Leticia and the Netherlands’ Maxima due to her weakness for Valentino, Armani Prive and Chanel.
Beatrice is the daughter of the Italian aristocrat Don Carlo Ferdinando. Her family has owned the Borromean Islands in Lake Maggiore since the 16th century. She worked as a political journalist and documentary filmmaker before marrying the son of Princess Carolina of Monaco. At her wedding in 2015, she appeared in four elegant dresses – two “Valenito” for the civil ceremony and two “Armani Prive” for the church.
Countess Beatrice has already given birth to two children, but her figure is unchanged. This year she became Dior’s ambassador.
The Borromeo family has close ties to the Valentino fashion house. Beatrice’s uncle, Count Matteo Marzoto, is its former director.
