Prince William Believes Harry ‘Put Fame On The Family’ And Let Hollywood ‘Get To His Head’ | Royal

Harry and Meghan Markle made a series of explosive statements about the royal family during their interview with Oprah Winfrey, which aired last month. And the Duke of Sussex’s talks with his brother William following the program did not go well, according to an insider.

The source told Us Weekly: “The conversation Harry and William had after the big interview did not end well.

“William thinks Harry has grown too big for his boots since moving to California – that success and Hollywood have gone to his head.

“He’s already accused [Harry] to put fame on the family after the big interview.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down from royal duties in March 2020 for a new life in America.

The couple opened up about Megxit in their revealing interview with Winfrey.

They made a series of explosive claims about the royal family, including accusations of racism.

Harry also revealed his breakup with his older brother.

He told Winfrey: “The relationship is space at the moment.

And the Royal Family has made it clear that they disagree with all of Meghan and Harry’s claims.

A statement released by Buckingham Palace stressed how “some memories can vary.”

American presenter Gayle King claimed that Harry spoke to his father, Prince Charles and his brother after the interview.

But she said the talks were not productive.

Royal author Penny Junor accused the Sussexes of betraying the royal family within a year of Megxit.

Ms Junor said: ‘When Harry and Meghan left a year ago people were surprised and disappointed because they were a great couple.

“Harry was an extremely popular royal and Meghan was a great asset to the family.

“A year later I think a lot of people are really angry and think they betrayed their families and threw a huge bomb on the heart of the institution and kind of hit the UK. “
