Prince Muhammad bin Salman’s project for the development of historical mosques was launched in its second phase, 13 centuries after the founding of the Al-Safa Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the Kingdom in the Al-Baha region, which is characterized by its construction in the Sarat style, so that the project preserves its historical values, restores its aesthetic elements, and renews its construction with natural materials from Sarawat Mountain stones and local wood used in ceilings, columns, windows and doors.
