I once saw a documentary about Diana and Charles. There, a meeting with the couple’s assistants was shown. A whole team of people worked for them. Some people for Diana, some for Charles. They all met from time to time to discuss the responsibilities that Diana and Charles have. Everyone has opened notebooks/calendars and so on: on this and that day you go to cut the ribbon, then you visit the hospital, then there’s a meeting with journalists and in a few days you’ll travel abroad.
