Prince Harry reveals 3 helpless moments in his life

KOMPAS.com – Prince Harry reveals three moments in life that made him feel completely helpless.

He conveyed this when telling about his efforts to seek therapy for anger management.

The Duke of Sussex said, in the past he used to hold back his anger because he was a part of royal family and has always been in the media spotlight.

However, the conversation with his wife, Meghan Markle, making Harry realize he needed help.

“He knew that I was injured and some things that were out of control made me very angry, making my blood boil,” he told Dax Shepard at podcast the Armchair Expert, seperti dilansir Mirror.

The youngest son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana mentioned three moments in life that made him feel completely helpless as a member of the royal family and needed help with therapy.

First, his childhood moment when he was in the back of a car with his mother and was being chased by him paparazzi.

Second, when he was in an Apache helicopter while on military duty in Afghanistan, and the third when he was with his wife.

As we know, Harry and Meghan have decided to leave life as senior members of the royal family and move to California with their son, Archie.

“In my 20s I feel like I don’t want this job, don’t want to be here, don’t want to do this.”

“Looking at what happened to my mother, how can I settle down, have a wife and family, when I know the same thing will happen again,” said Harry.

However, after doing therapy, he began to accept the conditions, including his position as a member of the royal family.

“I told myself to stop complaining or behaving as if I wanted to be in another position, make a difference,” he said.

This is not the first time Harry has revealed his personal problems to the public.

Previously, interviews with him and Meghan Markle with Oprah also shocked the public, where they opened their voices to problems in the royal family.
