The prince still sees spinning as ‘a hobby that got out of hand’, he said. “I just like it. But I’m not going to do 180 spins a year or anything.”
When asked whether people sometimes book Floris because he is a prince, he replied: “That certainly is the case. Of course, if I had not had this name, I would not have been here.” But, he said, ultimately the music has to be good.
