Denmark’s young princes are well on their way into adulthood. The country’s future Crown Prince, prins Christianturns 17 this year – while his cousins, Prince Nikolai and Prince Felix, are 22 and 19 years old respectively.
In the autumn, it is expected that the prince will start in new studies, has B.T. previously written. But even if the opportunities lie ahead of Prince Felix – he also takes the time to cultivate other interests.
In the brother’s footsteps
The 19-year-old Danish prince adorns one of the campaigns for the designer chain Georg Jensen. Prince Felix is a model for a new jewelery collection, and thus follows in the footsteps of big brother Nikolai.
One of the campaign images is shared on the chain Instagram profilewhere you see a portrait of Prince Felix, wearing a dark shirt topped with a pair of silver chains.
The Danish prince himself has commented on the cooperation B.T.
– It is fantastic to work with Georg Jensen. Being allowed to represent a classic Danish brand and icon is both an honor and a pleasure, he tells the newspaper.
His mother, Countess Alexandra (57), is also clearly excited about what her son has achieved. She tells the newspaper that she is proud.

This is not the first time the Danish designer chain has been involved with the royal family. On the occasion Queen Margrethe’s (81) 50 years on the throne in January they designed a brooch, which they gave as a gift to the monarch.
Moved
It has been a year of much development and change for Prince Felix. In July, the prince confirmed that he had gotten a girlfriendand a few months later it became known that he had taken the big step and moved away from home.
The prince then took over big brother Prince Nikolai’s apartment – when Nikolai moved to Paris for an exchange stay. The apartment is located very close to the grandmother at Amalienborg Castle.
Around the same time as the 19-year-old moved away from home, he also started at the Army’s Lieutenant Training. Barely a month later however, he dropped out of military school.
Press adviser Helle von Wildenrath Løvgreen commented on the case to Danes B.T.
– It is simply not up to him, and he has therefore decided to quit. Now the prince will quietly find out what he will do next, she said.

Model on the side of the studies
As mentioned, Prince Felix is not the only one among the Danish princes who has taken on model assignments. Big brother Prince Nikolai now has several years on his back, and has done everything from walking the catwalk for Burberry to adorn front pages like Vogue.
The 22-year-old, on the other hand, has stated that he does not want to “just” be a model, but that he envisions a different life in the long run. He is currently busy taking a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Service Management.
But there is little doubt that the modeling profession is something Prince Nikolai likes. In a Chinese documentary, he stated last year that he enjoys modeling.
– I was not nervous the first time I walked the catwalk, but of course very excited. A little butterflies in my stomach, but it’s really fun and I enjoy it, he said.
