Prince Andrew remains under pressure: US authorities criticize his silence and Virginia Giuffre’s victim lawyers follow suit.

London – After the U.S. authorities announced that Prince Andrew, 59, despite his affirmation in a TV interview, was not cooperating and continued to refuse to work with the FBI and prosecutors, the media has reported new attacks alleged victim Virginia Giuffre (36). According to the “Daily Mail”, she had her lawyers tell her that the British prince “was not above the law”.

Years of friendship with Jeffrey Epstein

His behavior raised more questions about his role in the late US billionaire Jeffrey Epstein’s international sex trade ring than the ones that were already in the room anyway. Prince Andrew had been friends with Epstein for years and was a frequent guest on his estate in the United States and the Caribbean. He does not want to have known anything about his machinations. Even after Epstein’s first stay in prison, Andrew had not broken off contact with him, which he meanwhile publicly regretted. After an unsuccessful interview last autumn with which he actually wanted to restore his damaged reputation, the prince decided to put his duties as a member of the royal family on hold for the time being. He also promised to support the investigative authorities.

Lawyers disapprove of Andrew’s behavior

The lawyer now asked Prince Andrew to take US rules seriously and break his silence. Prosecutor Geoffrey Berman had also attacked Prince Andrew and publicly disapproved of his behavior. He also asked him to finally testify and work with the authorities.

Virginia Giuffre said in a BBC interview that she had been forced to have sex with the Royal three times, twice as a 17-year-old. The attacks are said to have taken place in 2001 and 2002. Queen Elizabeth II’s son denies the allegations.

Meghan’s naturalization process allegedly canceled

Meanwhile, the fuss about the other two scandalous members of the British royal family, Harry and Meghan, has subsided somewhat. Most recently, a rumor had spread that Queen Elizabeth II allegedly offered her grandson and wife two years ago to waive their titles. The “Bild” newspaper now also reported that Megan’s naturalization process was allegedly canceled and that she had to finally give up British citizenship. Media speculated that Meghan had applied for the long-term naturalization process shortly after her marriage to Harry in May 2018. A government official is said to have told the British tabloid Sun that the couple’s move to Canada would have reduced Meghan’s chances of naturalization.
