ROYALTYAll details of the case between the fallen British Prince Andrew (63) and Johanna Sjoberg will be announced in early 2024. Judge Loretta Preska decided that. Sjoberg claims the royal sexually assaulted her during a meeting at the home of American businessman Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sex offenses and committed suicide in prison in 2019.
A total of forty documents will be released. Those court papers contain details about the meeting between Prince Andrew and Johanna Sjoberg. The case revolves around an incident that took place in 2001, in the villa of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The much-discussed Prince Andrew was visiting him at the time. According to Johanna Sjoberg, she was called in to “entertain” Andrew. She claims the royal grabbed her breasts. Johanna was 21 years old at the time.
Sjoberg was Epstein’s second victim to claim she was also harassed by the British prince. She would therefore know everything about the friendship between Andrew and the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, of whom she also fell victim.
Johanna’s testimony fourteen years ago also prompted Virginia Giuffre to report her own encounter with Andrew. She claims he forced her to have sex three times when she was just 17 years old. But the prince continues to deny that allegation. He ultimately managed to avoid the painful lawsuit by settling with Giuffre last year. He paid her 14 million euros in exchange for her silence in the case.

180 names are released
The court documents surrounding Andrew and Johanna Sjoberg are part of a larger whole. At the beginning of January, 180 names of people – victims, family members, suspected accomplices – who are connected to Jeffrey Epstein’s network will be released. It is about the defamation case between Epstein’s former mistress and accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022, and Virginia Giuffre, who says she was a victim of the couple.
