Primonial REIM has just launched a newly delivered residence for students and young workers on behalf of its SCPI Primovie. Managed by Nexity Studéa, the residence opened in September 2020 and is located in the heart of Greater Paris, in the town of Bagneux.

The property complex includes a residence housing 198 fully furnished apartments with a total surface area of ​​4,900 m² spread over 11 floors, as well as a 1,200 m² fitness center and parking spaces.

The residence, operated by Nexity Studéa under a long-term commercial lease, opened in October. In addition to the services usually offered in student residences (cleaning, laundry, linen rental, breakfast service, common areas), the Nexity Studéa residence will offer an extended and digital range of services promoting the daily well-being of residents: Unlimited very high speed internet, digital hall, connected locker from 2021, internal application allowing students to discuss with each other or with Studéa teams, but also to book services within the residence or the district. Residents will also benefit from a rich and varied entertainment program (sports, cooking lessons, etc.), psychological support as well as awareness workshops (budget management, healthy nutrition, road safety, etc.). ).

In this transaction, Primonial REIM was advised by Leclercq Associés as prime contractor, Eiffage Construction Résidentiel as general contractor and Theop as delegated contractor.
