After the meeting of the representatives of the First Division teams, Pedro Hernández, president of the First Division, announced that they will be televising the Women’s League matches.
“We had the offer of television to broadcast the matches,” he said.
Similarly, Hernández said that the idea they have is that the matches of the Women’s League coincide with those of the First, for which the competition format will be the same in both categories.
“We want the matches to coincide with those of the First Division, so the format will be the same in both categories,” he said.
This was assured by the president of the League they want to air Women’s League games as a prelude to First Division games.
“The idea is to broadcast the women’s matches first as a prelude and then the First Division,” he said.
The Women’s League will start on October 1stwith the meetings still to be defined.
