Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati participates in the opening session of the meetings of the seventy-eighth annual session of the United Nations General Assembly, which began this afternoon, Beirut time, in New York.
The Lebanese delegation to the meetings includes Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Abdullah Bou Habib and Acting Chargé d’Affaires of Lebanon’s Mission to the United Nations, Jean Murad.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to deliver a speech in Lebanon tomorrow, Wednesday.
