The rumor had been swelling for several days and confirmation came this morning from Matignon. The Prime Minister’s services, contacted by France Bleu Lorraine, confirm the trip to Lorraine by Jean Castex and his Minister of Health Olivier Véran.
In Metz and Nancy
A visit in two stages, according to our information, in Moselle, at Metz-Mercy hospital but also in Greater Nancy. The precise program has not yet been communicated but the idea of the trip will be to observe the implementation of the vaccination campaign in the field. Remember that Greater Nancy is the first territory to have launched the vaccination of people over 75 years old outside nursing homes on Wednesday.
It may also be an opportunity to talk to Olivier Véran about the Nancy CHRU renovation project.
In a press release, the SGP Police FO unit union also invites Jean Castex to a visit to the Nancy police station “in order to be able to discuss the ills from which the police are suffering.”
