Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Release 82/2024 directing relevant agencies to immediately correct the auction of land use rights.
The Prime Minister’s telegram clearly states: Recently, the Government and the Prime Minister have directed and issued documents detailing the implementation of the Land Law 2024, effective from 1 August 2024, which ‘ include: regulations on the sale of land use rights. some local We organized a successful auction of land use rights, contributing to additional income for the local budget.
However, some price issues won the land auction many times higher than the starting price, especially in some unusually high cases reported by large media organizations, attracting a lot of public attention. association. To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of land management, healthy real estate market, and promote development economy – society, the Prime Minister asked the Chairman of the People’s Committees of the provinces and the cities to instruct organizations and functional units to review the organization of land use rights auctions in the area to ensure legality, openness and transparency.
Through timely review, detection and strict handling of cases of violation of legal regulations in land use rights auctions, prevent activities from taking advantage of land use rights auctions for profit, causing chaos in the market.
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment to review and quickly investigate the auction group on land use rights for cases with unusual displays, and deal with cases of violations of legal regulations according to the authority at the auction of land use rights.
