Prime Minister François Legault is participating in the Climate Ambition Summit in New York. He would also have indirectly received good words and compliments from the former American vice-president, Al Gore.

“Al Gore was invited to the Quebec delegation to participate in a meeting of the Beyond Oil & Gas Alliance, a group of countries which was created by Denmark, Costa Rica, and of which Quebec is a part. These are governments that have decided to turn their backs on gas and oil production,” explains Louis Lacroix.
“So Mr. Gore was there to lead the discussion between around twenty partners in this alliance. And he spoke to all the people who were around the table.”
The discussions also revolved around oil production in Quebec, but also its consumption…
